hi 

-> in first place take a look on the link bellow an others docs on this site.
See the section 2 - Instaling the usagi kit.

-> if you it installed the usagi kit correctly take a look /usr/local/v6 on 
bin - you find the telnet (ipv6 enabled)
sbin - you find the in-telnet (ipv6 enabled)

and others progs hacked by usagi team to use ipv6.
