In my opinion Distributed version of Linux ( we use Fedora Core with
2.6.9 kernel as NUT ) )does not have full IPV6 apps + library support
( e.g rtsol ,radvd etc ) because of which vel is hanging . But it does
not output any thing on TEST manager console
Same case might be with NETBSD.
